Fantastic idea!! I'm in...even though the scale did move for me last week I know I can do better with my water and protien. So that will be my goal this week and to get at least some exercise everyday!! Let's do it ladies!!! Corinna

Sounds terrific to me! I actually have already been trying to do this already. I have my 9 month appt on Sept 4th and really would like to be down a few more lbs. So I pledge to up my water, eat only those healthy things for me, up my protein, and up my exercise!!!! I totally agree No More Nada-Zip Club!!!!!! Kim

You can count me in, I am up for the challenge! Like Susan "I NEED A GOOD KICK IN THE BUTT" to get me started again, I am 9 months out and have lost 102lbs but I need to lose about 7 more to get to doctors goal and 15 to get to mine, so I commit to uping my protein to 100 and my water to 100 as well, and I will even try to do more walking and excercise. Last week I lost another 2Lbs and dr said that it was going to slow down for me, and true to his word it has, so I am off and running Chrisy

Oh Boy! So far we have 9 challengers and a cheerleader! Anyone else can still join us. We don't care if you were an original member of the Nada - Zip club or if you were a loser last week. We can all still take the challenge to do better. I am so excited to see next week's weekly weigh in! I think we will have a greatly successful week. Kim, we appreciate your cheering us on. You can pledge to eat healthy and we will certainly all cheer you on for that goal! Remember-Keep your eyes on the prize and keep reaching for your goals. They are obtainable if we try hard enough. Val, I accept the challenge too. I 've had small losses the last couple of weeks but I'm heading into a stage I call Hormone Hell! I had a partial hysterectomy years and years ago and the ovaries left behind aren't supposed to be working but I think they work !ouble time! The Carb Monster will be stalking me like a character out of a horror movie so I'll need this challenge to help me fight my best battle. You guys are my fellow soldiers in the Battle of The Carb Monster! Let me check my battle gear! Water? Check! Protein? Check! Execise? Check! Brain Set? Check! Back up Plan? Check! Support? Check - the November 06 Surgery group!

CeCe, I too am in Hormone Hell this week! I have had to fight the beast everyday in order to stay on track. Battle gear inhand, it has been a fight to the death. So far I am still alive.
