Will you take the challenge?
Ok November Buddies, I am hereby issuing a challenge. Last week we had (if I calculated correctly) 6 LOSERS with a total of 12 lbs lost and 8 of us in the Nada-Zip club.
I challenge all of my Nada-Zip club compadres to PUMP IT UP! We can make it happen this week. We can make the scale move in the right direction.
I pledge to boost my water intake- lower my carb intake and monitor myself on fitday ALL WEEK.
Will YOU make the pledge with me? Let's see how many LOSERS we have next week. I would love to see everyone post a loss!

I have such a busy week, I don't think I can monitor my calories on fitday, but I will commit to the increase in water and decrease in carbs.... I will also up my exercise (speaking of which I better get moving on that today.. lol)...
I am UP For the Challenge to make the scale go down!!!!!!

Count me in! I exercised for 2.5 hours yesterday. I'm going back again today for more.
I pledge to watch my food intake and increase my water. I'm sooo close to a normal bmi. I know I can...I know I can...I know I can.
How do you do it Wanda??? I am lucky to get 1/2 an hour of exercise in a day. And even that is tough most days because the kids are fighting or needing something or whinning about something and I have to tend to them... I can't even imagine 2-1/2 hours a day of exercise.... You are the W-O-M-A-N!!! I applaud you
Now I know why you have been so successful. I wish I had your determination for exercise... I absolutely HATE it... but I do it and not much... You go Girl... Keep up the great work!!!!

I spent my entire life hating exercise. I've been serious about exercising for four years now but I still hated t. All of a sudden--I finally enjoy it! I don't know how or why but, I'm glad the switch has been flipped. As far as the 2.5 hours went I did 1/2 an hour on the eliptical (and burned 270 calories) then I switched to the weight machines and then I went into the yoga class. Tomorrow I get to go to the class that I truly love--Body Definition. I wish they offered it every day! Better yet...I wish you lived nearby to go with me!
Don't give up on exercising. Your switch might be ready to be flipped too!
