HUGE ~ WOW Moment!!!!

Well, the scale has been stalled for well over a month now and it still is, but I started exercising a little over a week ago.... I have noticed some of my clothes starting to get big again, but nothing too overwhelming that I couldn't live with... So next week I leave to go to my son's Army Boot Camp Graduation and I need some clothes... I went SHOPPING!!! I love to shop for clothes now... so I had arm full of clothes and I see this really really cute camo skooter... Not the right size though, but I figure I will get it anyway (it was only $4) and save it for next year. I have pretty much decided I am at the weight I am going to stay at, but I know once I have my PS I will go down a size or two... So I added the skooter in my armful of clothes and headed to the fitting room.... I figured I would just try it on to humor myself... LOL... IT FIT!!!!! It was a size 8!!!!! I have never bought, wore and even thought I would ever be in single digits... I thought it was a fluke so I went out and got a few pair of jeans in a size 8 and THEY FIT TOO!!!!!! OMG I am wearing a size 8!!!!! Wanda and Britt you called this one... you said it wouldn't be long before I posted about being in single digits but I never thought this day would come.... I am soooooo EXCITED!!!! I tried them on for hubby and pranced around the house yelling "I'm wearing an eight!, I'm wearing an eight!" It was a sight I will tell you that. Needless to say I had a great day shopping... got 2 pairs of jeans, one skooter, 5 tank tops, a pair of capri's and 4 shirts, a new tankini and 2 pair of underwear.... I only spent $80.... Not only did I get a great deal on everything... I got into a size 8!!!!!! Oh and did I mention I got into a size 8!!!!! LOL..... Thanks for sharing in my excitement and reading my long post about it..... I am still in shock that I can wear a size 8!!!!!! HUGS to All, Shawn M.

Shawn, OMG I am so happy for you I am the happy dance for you! A size 8! I know you are extatic. You deserve the shopping spree and all that bounty of clothes for only $80. I need to shop with you girlfriend! Of course I won't be in a size 8 for quite some time but I know I WILL get there! When I do, me and you have a date! Valorie

Hey, too bad I am driving down for my son's graduation with my parents... we are going right through NC and we could have set up a date... although who knows if you are close to my route or not... But, we are on a tight time schedule and it wouldn't work out anyway, but I will think of you and wave HI as we drive through NC.... I will take a rain check on that date though... Thanks again.... Oh, Shawn!!! How WONDERFUL!!!!! I could feel your happiness just jumping off the computer screen and my own smile got bigger and bigger the more I read!!! How exciting!!! I'm so, so happy for you! You deserve it!! WOW! WOW! A size 8 - and in more than ONE outfit! And, JEANS?! WOW!!!!!!!!! Keep smiling and shrinking (although you don't need to shrink much more!!!!!)
