Weekly Weigh In week of 8/20
This question couldn't have come at a better time. I have really been battling the carb cravings/head hunger. Most of the time I am ok but not always. The times that I do give in I notice that it is at times when I haven't been as good overall so I am trying my best to stick to a schedule of eating/drinking. Much easier at home then at work. Also I have been using protein bars more frequently and I think these might be bringing on more cravings so I am cutting them out as well.
So as far as my stats go here they are:
Starting weight: 268
Last week: 160

Loss this week:0
Total loss:108
So I am another member of the nada zip club for the 3rd week in a row!

I feel the same way - when my scale rewards me with a loss - I want to do better and better - when its stuck - the temptations seem harder to - get passed.

Going to the carb capital of the world Paris tomorrow! Only a day trip so should be able to say " NON "to the offers of Pattisserie.
Saw shirtmaker yesterday he was in a state of shock over the measurement changes his profits should go up seriously as less mateirial needed.

Grrr! I"m getting really mad at my scales. It still isn't moving and I've increased my exercise quite a bit. I know I'm probably getting increasing my muscle mass but I've also allowed the carb monster in. I'm trying to eat right but I seem to fall off the wagon every now and then. Not with candy or chips or soda but with bread. I love subs and a baguette with some good cheese, etc. I feel like I am stuck and that I've lost all the weight I'm going to lose.
I've promised myself that between now and when I have surgery I am going to try really, really, really hard to eat better and get off a few more pounds. I know I can do it!
So, here are my stats:

Loss: Big zero
Goal for the week: Lose 2 pounds and exercise every day except Sat. or Sun.

I agree that these boards are GREAT. Everyone on this site has so much courage and information that I also use on a daily basis.

I also did Curves 4 days last week plus walked/biked every day.
Hopefully this week I can get over this big hump. Now these are weights on my home scale who knows what the doctor scale states. Everyone have a great week.
