Always Cold
So is anyone else having this issue? I'm constantly cold...never used to be. But if I'm in an air conditioned building I end up freezing these days. Even in warm weather most of the time I'm still wearing a long sleeved shirt and jeans. Understand that warm weather in Seattle is 75 but I used to seriously sweat in that temperature. And the part of me that gets the coldest? My darn nose. Is that just weird?

Oh I am the SAME WAY! I freeze all the time! Every night I get home from work, no air conditioning on even, and I cover up with a blanket on the couch. I don't go anywhere without a jacket or sweater of some sort. I can't be at work with my arms uncovered. I am tense in my legs and torso all the time because I am cold. I think it's because my body fat is so low now. And, my nose is cold and runs all the time now. My coldest body part is either my nose or my fingers and toes.
I am cold all the time too. I always have a jacket in the car for going in to restaurants. Work is either hot or cold some days I'm freezing and other days I'm hot. I used to always be warm and could never even wear a sweatshirt in the winter I'm wondering how much clothes I'm going to have to be wearing this winter in Minnesota.

Me too! Me too! I could freeze to death in an air conditioned building. I look like an old granny carrying a sweater with me everywhere I go (and I live in South Florida). I am okay outside, but inside.... I could use a parka! My husband and I joke I must be a healthy puppy because my nose is always cool and wet (we are serious animal lovers!!). Good to know I'm not the only one!

I'm always cold too. I love it! I can wear beautiful jackets in the hot Florida summer! Plus I get to save money on air conditioning.
The only time it seriously bothered me is when I went to convention. They kept the convention hall so cold I thought I was getting frost bitten!
Yep, me too!!
I used to sleep with windows open in the middle of winter and without blankets. This past winter I went and bought an electric blanket because I had to use so many blankets to keep warm and they were too heavy. The electric blanket is still on my bed in the middle of a heat wave! My brothers keep turning up the air conditioner and it's the only way to keep warm.
On the other side, I love being outside now, I don't feel the heat like I used to.
