Looking GREAT, Deb!! It's amazing to see the progress. My screensaver browses my photos and I cringe when my pictures we made the day of surgery pop up! It's shocking to me how much I've changed!!! While I know we are all impatient to be "there" at goal weight, seeing the progress of everyone on the November 06 board and my own before pictures helps me realize how far we have come and how the journey is a ongoing process during which we need to be able to celebrate our successes, share our frustrations, validate our feelings and, most of all, support each other! Fantastic job, Deb!
