Well it's already another week! I can't believe how fast it goes. I've been struggling up and down with my weight, but post a one lb. gain from last Monday. Starting weight 202 Last week = 106 This week = 107 Plus 1!!! Total loss = 95 Current BMI = 18.4 I just wanted to say congratulations to all of you who have hit your century mark or very near it. What a huge accomplishment. I never meant to lose almost 100 lbs. and while it would be cool to say that I had lost 100 lbs. at some point (and get that cool century card), I know that wouldn't be healthy for me. So my goal is to NOT lose 100 lbs. LOL!! I will be participating in the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure 5K walk in September. Our company has put together a team. I never used to do this kind of stuff so it will be fun. If any of you are interested in sponsoring me, PM me and I'll give you the link to my website. So many kinds of cancer run in my family, so I feel good supporting this cause.

Good day everyone, it is wonderful to hear how many of you are doing the charity walks. You have inspired me to give it a try. I would NEVER have even thought about it before WLS so this will be a first for me. I will research what is going on in my area and let you know. Well guys, after a 9 pound loss posted last week I am ok with staying the same this week. Hopefully next week will see me lose the 2.5 pounds to put me at 100 lbs since surgery. Here are my weekly stats: Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60 Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5 Last week = 235.0 This week = 235.0 Loss this week = 0 lbs Total loss = 113 lbs Since surgery 97.5 lbs Have a great week! Hi Everyone! I am thinking of doing an Alzheimers walk in memory of my Grandmom or the walk for obesity. I have only done 1 walk in my life and it was for March of Dimes, I did 5 mi at that time, by the time I got home, I passed out on the couch for hours. I was exhausted. Hopefully this time, it wont happen!! So for my stats: Starting wt = 311 Last wk = 194 This wk = 192 2lb loss this wk For a grand total of 119 pounds~ yay! I go for a follow up on Thurs with my surgeon, I was hoping to be in the 180's by then.. but we'll see. Thank god I have my period, so it just might happen!! Friday will be my 9 mo surgiversary. Have a good week ladies!!

HI Britt, Normally, I would have been home working and could have posted right away but I had to travel to the hospital that employees me for work reasons and to obtain a copy of my last TB Test. I needed it to complete the homestudy for miracle # 2 or # 2 and # 3.............. Yes, we are thinking about siblings.. Other than that, we only need one more home visit and then we are just waiting for the final approval paperwork so the search for our child(ren) can begin... I am much more excited about the process than I was the last time I posted about it. My doubts were just anxiety over the classes and starting the process again. HUGS Christy
