You all are doing so great. I read your posts all the time and Brit does such a good job with the moral support. This is the 1st time I have posted my stuff other then on my profile. so here goes nothing. ''Starting weight 256.5
Last week = 188
This week = 191
Loss this week = didn't 3 # gain
Total loss = had lost 72 pounds but not anymore.
I have increased my exercise, liquid and protein. We will see what next week brings. I will be sure to post. This is pretty much the only support(except for my family) I get is reading these posts as the support groups are 45 minutes away. Keep up the good work everyone.
Still no weigh in for me..I will step on the scale friday at the dr's office..
As far as a goal..well..When I got married 15 yrs ago TODAY (8-8) we never got to have a honeymoon.So I promised when I get to goal and have the energy and fitness that me and da old man will finally take our dream honeymoon trip to austrilla..

I'm not really sure what I want to do to celebrate when I get to my goal. I guess part of the problem is I haven't set a goal yet. I've been taking it bit by bit and now my next goal is 8.5 lbs away. That will put me at an even 100 lb loss. I'm in a stall right now, but next week should change something - good or bad I don't know? I'm going to Disney World for 8 days. About 100 miles or more of walking the parks before the week is over - I will let you know the real total if the pedometer will work!!! That should change this stall!

Hi All,
I've been lurking for a while and figured I'd start joining in on the fun! Like most others I haven't thought about what to do to celebrate when I reach goal, have to think about it some more.
Just got weighed at the doc's, so here we go
Starting weight 349
Last week = 217
This week = 214
Loss this week = 3
Total loss = 135
I was joking I lost my younger brother, he weighs 135lbs.
