Come on in - Weekly Weigh in 8/6
Kimberly,
Stress + goodies = challenging times
Its hard to change those old habbit to give in and just eat it ...at least you did BETTER than you would have in the past. Next time - just say NO (easier said then done - i know)
I think its a great idea to have kids first then ... PS
whoooo hoooooo 108 pounds lost GO Kim !!!
I have not really thought about what I will do to celebrate.... Just do a big ol happy dance I guess.... But then I will start researching my plastics.... I won't have anything done until I am at goal for a year, but I can start researching once I hit goal... beyond that I don't know what I will do.... I just can't imagine being at goal.... that still seems so far away, yet so close.... KWIM????
Well my stats......
Starting weight = 309
Last week = 185
This week = 185
Loss this week = 0
I figured out my downfall.... it is my wine... I can't seem to stay away from it.... When I have my few glasses a week that is when I stay the same or gain a pound.. when I stay away from it, I seem to lose.... I just love my wine at night once the kiddos are in bed though.... I need to find another crutch... LOL...
CONGRATS to everyone on their continued success!!!!
HUGS to ALL!!!

Hi
Back from holiday in Cornwall and two trips to USA.. NY ( where saw doc and NUT for check up) and Texas so bad time for weight loss!
Start weight : 444 lbs
Last weigh in 302 lbs
Yesterday : 298 lbs
Suprised still going in right direction but swimming so much I might develop gills!
All of you keep up the good work I find its getting tougher as you realise you can eat pretty well everything and slightly more quantity !!
ps Britt see you were at Nascar are you a racing nut? I spend 36 weekends at racetracks all over world following my two sons Tom and Max who race. Next in states for ALMS at Road Atlanta and then Monterrey Laguna seca where Tom won the LMP 1 class two years ago and will be hoping to do the same again, but this time partnered by his younger brother Max.
Hi Britt & my November friends,
I have been away at my MaryKay Seminar this past week. It was so exciting as usual. I just love MaryKay's philosophy: God First, Family Second & Career Third. Well, all the walking up and down Dallas Convention Center, I lost the 1.5 pounds I gained last week, plus another 1 pound.
Here are my stats:
Starting weight 320
Last week = 213
This week = 210.5
lost this week = 2.5
Total loss = 109.5
Current BMI = 40
I am slowly approaching onederland.
Donna
Well, after my awesome week last week I got to just stay the same this week. But I'm pretty okay with that.
When I get to goal I have no idea what I will do to celebrate. It's never seemed real to me, even now that I'm only 25 pounds away. I think I will probably splurge on a gorgeous concert gown. Several people mentioned cruises...wouldn't it be fun for all of us to plan a cruise and actually meet? That would be a blast!!!
