Come on in - Weekly Weigh in 8/6
Well I knew it was bound to happen I'm eating more and I have not been good about exercising so I gained this week. This is my largest gain since the surgery and quite an eye openner. So my goals this week are no eating after 7:30 PM and exercising at least 5 times. I put my pedometer on to try to add more steps during the day. We are so short staffed at work that I have to fill in and then I get behind in my work so I get really stressed out and then I want to eat. So I'm going to try to add a meditation time in for me also.
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 172.2
This week = 173.8
Gain this week = 1.6
Total loss = 124.7
Current BMI = 31.8

Good Monday Everyone!
Hope everyone is staying cool in this terrible heat. I went swimming on Saturday and the water was about 90 degrees. Felt like bath water.
My plan is to go on a cruise once I reach my ultimate goal. I had this as a goal for my 30th birthday and still haven't gotten to do it. That was 10 years ago! Seems like a lot of us want this as a reward after our weight loss. What do they say about great minds?
Here are my weekly stats:
Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60
Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5
Last week = 244.0
This week = 235.0
Loss this week = 9 lbs (woo hoo!)
Total loss = 113 lbs
Since surgery 97.5 lbs

After an up and down month. I am finally down again

I don't really have a goal weight. I just don't want to gain. I am trying much harder to watch what I eat and I am trying to cut out all soda again (although that is much easier said than done). My stomach looks so bloated and huge still. It is very disheartening. Well not huge in the sense it was before but disproportionate to me today....if that makes sense.

Barb - you have done so great so far - Its hard when you have those down in the dump days ... just think of where your were only 9 months ago - and think of all of the positive changes you have lready made.
I know you can cut SODA out - (not saying its easy) But I KNOW that YOU can do it!

Well, you have to remember that I posted a 4 lb gain 2 weeks ago and only lost 1 last week. So 3 lbs of built up fluid from UTI and TOM (two times-1 week apart) Sorry fellows.....but, I did really well last week with fighting the carb monster and also worked out 4 times. Lots of water. I think my body just finally recuperated from the trauma's of the last few weeks.
I am tickled pink with 9 lbs. My next mini goal is only 2 lbs away. That will give me 100 since surgery.
Wish me luck on making it to this goal by our next weekly weigh in.
