Thanks Val. If I can't be a perfectionist anymore who would I be? That is a good question! I think the exercise helped because I actually lost a pound last week so I think I'll stop kicking my own butt now. I was thinking about my progress too. I've lost 88 pounds. I'm one pound away from a normal BMI. My goal is 134 which is 12 pounds away. If I can get there by November I will be ok with that and if not, I think I will be ok where I am after my tummy tuck and breast lift. I am muscular under this loose skin and if I lose much more I may not look and feel as healthy as I do now. So, I agree with you it's about maintaining a healthy weight and life style.

Wanda, That is the whole point. Let's make a pact not to beat ourselves up when we think we are not getting to goals quick enough. Slow and steady wins the race. Now, let's see who can keep this up the longest... I talk a good game but I have an impatient spirit. It's the perfectionist in us! Val
