Okay but you may regret me not lurking anymore!!!! Just kidding.
I am in a slump right now with my weight. I feel like I am at the end of my weight loss and I'm not ready to be. I know what I am doing wrong but you know how it is - I get depressed so I get into bad eating habits again, slack off on exercise, wonder why the weight isn't coming off, then get more depressed.....It's a vicious cycle.
I've got to get myself back on track!!!!!!! Any words of wisdom that helped you wake yourself up and get going again? I only want to lose 15 more lbs (160 right now).
