Well...I'm back!!!
I haven't been on the scale for two months so it was fun to get on this morning and drop the scale by 12 pounds
That makes a total of 122 pounds lost and I'm at 170 pounds now. I have 28 pounds left to loose. I can't believe it!!!
Everyone here at home says I've gotten so skinny...my own boyfriend didn't recognize me when he picked me up at the airport
Hope everyone is well.

Hey Corinna--welcome back! I've been wondering when you would be back with us! Now it's time to give your voice a rest and exercise those fingers by typing to us!
Hello all,
Looks like everyone had a good week except me. I told myself this morning when I looked at the scale that I was going to skip the weekly post today. I didn't want to report a move in the wrong direction. Last week was a BAD eating week for me. The carb monster had me in it's grip all week and I didn't control myself. I knew that I was doing harm but alas, I kept up the trend. Then today I was very busy at work and didn't have any time to check in with you guys. Now, I am sitting here craving something sweet and determined NOT to repeat my failure so I decided I REALLY needed to post.
I have done well today with protein and a gallon of water, 128 ounces. I plan on doing only protein drinks and water for 2 days to get myself back on track. I will have one last shake before retiring for the night and call it success. That will take care of the craving and tomorrow is a new day to face the MONSTER.
Here goes:
Starting weight = 348 and BMI 60
Weight on Day of Surgery = 332.5
Last week = 241.0
This week = 245.0
Gain this week = 4 lb
Total loss = 103 lbs
Since surgery 87.5 lbs
As to the exercise question, yes, I have added exercise to my life but here again I have slacked off the past 2 weeks. I usually go to Curves at least 3 times per week, sometime as much as 6. The past 2 weeks I have only gone 2 times each week. I think I need to find a new gym with a more vigorous weight training plan. Curves is great. You can work out at your own pace but I think I need something more. You can only do so much with their equipment and I use the "recovery" stations for cardio at a jog. I think it is time to graduate.
Hope everyone has a great week and sorry if I was a whiner.

Refocus and We will all see less of you NEXT week!
You can do it!!!!!

Hi everyone!
So I love summer and am definitely enjoying it. I love the warm weather and hate being cold.
I am exercising 3/4 days a week on my gazelle for about 45 mins. I also try to get added activity on through my day. I park further away, take the steps, little things like that. I also enjoy taking walks with my boyfriend on the weekend. We try to get out at least once. I need to start some type of resistance/weight training as wel!
So here are this weeks stats:
starting weight: 268
last week:165
this week:161.5
loss this week:3.5
total loss: 106.5
current bmi:26.7
Everyone have a terrific week!!
Kim
Hi All,
Well I was swamped yesterday and couldn't post, but I'm here a day late but with good news.
I actually GAINED a pound this week! I know, that sounds like the opposite of what we are trying to do, but for me, I need to keep from losing anymore. So the one lb. gain is really great! I've been eating ALOT and not feeling very good because of it. So at least it was worth it.
Starting weight 202
Last week = 110
This week = 111
Loss this week = +1
Total loss = 91
Current BMI = 19.1
As for exercise, I've been REALLY bad about that. Nothing formal as of yet, though my activity has increased a bunch since I can move easier. I keep saying I'm going to start weight lifting, but just haven't yet.
