Hey Britt - checking in for my 8 month checkup!

As for exercise, in addition to the elliptical and weights I've been doing 3-4x a week, I've recently started yoga and also was able to get some hiking in this past weekend (an old love of mine)....
Everyone is doing great!
While I haven't incorporated structured exercise into my day, My husband is disabled, so caring for the acre of yard, the house, and working full time keeps me hopping. I am hoping to join something more structured in the fall to tighten up all the saggy stuff! Pretty good week, I actually hit my goal!! Here goes:

Last week (last 3 weeks actually) 141
This week 139.5 (Goal was 140)
Current BMI 22.5
Lets just pray I can now keep it up, the stress with my husband's illness and my job has me falling into some old grazing habits! Yikes...

I missed last weeks weigh in, I have been so busy I have been going to the gym 3 times a week doing weight training, and swimming and water aerobics 3 times a week. It is paying off I am feeling so much better and having more energy, and have dropped another 17 pounds. I am now 100 pounds from my goal weight. Hope everyone has a good week.
