Hello All... 8 Months TODAY
Just a quick Hello to everyone. I have been very busy & don't get a chance to get online too often.
I am still 159, exactally 100 pounds less than surgery day.
I have been stuck at 159 since July 7th or 8th....so this my longest stall...prolly because the carb monster found me so I just need to get back on track & get that scale moving down again. So sorry I don't get on here too often, hope you all are doing well.
Love, Julie

Hi Julie. I love your kitten avitar but I miss not seeing your lovely face. You are so right--our bodies just don't do well with the carbs, do they? But congrats on your 100 pound loss. That's my goal. I'm pretty sure that I will make it there but it is slow going. Keep taking one step at a time!
Congrats on the 8 months and the 100 pounds... you should be very proud of what you have accomplished so far... I know totally what you mean about that darn carb monster... I have been stalled for about 2 months now because of it.... when I stop, then the weight comes off, then I get back with the carbs and the weight comes right back... grrrrr... BAut at least we are much healthier now and feeling better, as long as we don't get back to our old habits that is what matters....
WTG so far and good luck on continued success....

Wow Julie,
You look WONDERFUL !! Congrats on reaching the Century Club
I completely understand about the carbs, for me it's truly "one day at a time" when it comes to fighting off carb cravings.
And, last night I dreamd I drank a can of regular Coke. I was so relieved to wake up and realize it was just a dream.
Keep up the good work....you can do it.
