Ok, I am a newbie...but I will try to do this every week Starting weight 307 Last week = 198 This week = 200 Loss this week = -2 Total loss = 107 Current BMI = ? I am retaining water....I do this for two weeks out of the month...I just LOVE mother nature!!!

So I had a decent week. I hadn't gotten much exercise in for about 2 weeks. So my goal this week was to get back into my routine. I had been up to 4-5 days a week before vacation. I managed 3x last week and hope to do better this week. I also wantewd to up my water intake and did this as well. Here's my stats: Start weight: 268 Last week: 167 This week: 165 Loss this week: 2 Total loss: 103 Haven't done my BMI recently. Everyone have a terrific week!

Wow Britt!!! WTG!!!! 8 pounds.. how great is that.... congrats.... Here are my stats... Starting weight = 309 Last week = 192 This week = 190 Loss this week = 2 Total loss = 119 I am glad the scale is moving in the right direction again.... My son is visiting from his dad's in Texas right now and it sure is hard to stay on track, but I am doing my best... I just want to get below the 190's and stay out of them.... Hopefully this next time will do the trick... Shawn M.

Thanks Shawn!!!! YOu had a great 2 pound week!! you are certainly on your way out of the 190's and inbto the 180's GOOD FOR YOU! Stay focused while your son is visiting! Rememer - YOU CAN DO IT!!!! HOLY COW BRITT! 8 LBS. IN ONE WEEK!!! That must make you feel good! I was out on my honeymoon last week for weigh in so I went back and checked where I was 2 weeks ago. I've added protein shakes to my normal eating schedule, and I'm trying to get in even more food. I think I'm doing ok keeping between 110 and 112 most days. Starting weight = 202 As of 7/1/07 - 112 This week = 110 Loss last 2 weeks = 2 Total loss = 92 Current BMI = 18.9 Great job everyone!

I really havent been keeping up with my weekly weight loss over the past few weeks but this week is a week to brag on. First of all let me say that Britt, you are absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!! You look fantastic!!!!! Alot of you already know that I have Multiple Sclerosis and over the past few weeks, its been giving me some hard fits. I have an appt to go to a MS clinic in Nashville on Monday so hopefully that will get me on the right track. About three weeks ago, my numb foot went lazy on me and caused me to take a fall. I tore all the ligaments in my left foot and the ligaments caused a bone to chip. I'm on crutches and in a boot cast~ lol Hopefully tomorrow the doctor will take me off the crutches and the boot cast. So heres my stats for the week. Starting weight= 298 Last week= 186 This week=176!!!!!! THATS GOALLLLLLLLLL FOR ME~~~~~~~~~~ Loss this week=10 pounds Total loss= 122 pounds Current BMI=24.5 YEAHHHHHHHHHH MEEEEEEEEE
