Hey Britt, Glad you had a nice vacation. 4 pounds isnt so bad, you caught it early, you know why it happned & you can loose them in no time.
Hubby went on 2 job interviews, Friday & this morning, so "hopefully" he will get 1 of those jobs, if so we are taking a mini weekend beach vacation this weekend.
I seem to do better when I'm away from home, eating wise, WE eat out & I make better food choices while eating out, when I'm at home I tend to eat whats here, I havent been able to spend much $$ on healthy food latley. But things are looking up.

I had a fabulous time on vacation but wow I ate way more than I should of I made the mistake of getting on the scale there and gained a pound every time I stepped on it. So I was glad to see a loss when I weighed in this morning. It did open my eyes to how easy it would be to revert back to old habits. I found it hard to be out of touch with everyone on the internet, I typically check in everyday to keep myself accountable.
Starting weight 298.5
2 weeks ago week = 179.8
This week = 178.2
Loss for 2 weeks = 1.6
Total loss = 120.3
Current BMI = 32.5

Welcome back Britt
4 pound loss this week, I got to the gym a few times this week it felt sooo good to get back to doing some good old weight training. Even managed to get my fat buns on the recumbent bike, also I know it don't sound like much to most people but I was able to walk one lap around the track without stopping. For me that is a BIG accomplishment, because the last time I tried that I had to stop and rest 4 times to complete one lap, and at one time I couldn't even walk a few steps without getting out of breath. So sometimes I find that after a big event such as vacation, I have a meltdown when it comes to food. But I managed to stay on track this past week. Its almost like I have needed to reward myself for doing a good job. But this time I told myself my reward was going to be to stay on track. The only thing I need to do is to get back into my exercise routine. I had to work later than normal all week and it was easy to put it off. So exercise will be my focus this week!
