Donna, I called the Achieve One company and they said that the Achieve One drinks have 30 mg of caffeine. I plan on greatly reducing my caffeine intake and seeing if that makes a difference in my weight loss. If it doesn't I probably won't eliminate caffeine totally. I think going forward I will make better decisions about caffeine and if I have an Achieve One I won't have any other caffeine for that day. I haven't ordered any for a while anyway. I love the drink but I don't like the glass bottles. The cases are heavy and hard to store.
I drink achievone drinks they all have caffine. I talked about this with my surgeon and nutritionist and they both aggreed that its a great product being 9.5 ounce and has 20 grams of protein. That is the only caffine I have in my daily diet. I am addicted to these drinks I LIMIT MYSELF TO 1 A DAY!
HUGS,
Britt
Very interesting article I especially found it interesting that it interfers with LDL and HDL because my husband is always fighting those 2 numbers and drinks a lot of caffeine a day. He has a can of Mountain Dew before he goes to sleep every night.
I was not all that happy to discover my green tea had caffeine also as does Crystal light Raspberry green tea. I try to limit my self to one bottle a day.

While I'm weaning off the caffeine, I'm going to substitute the Lipton White tea for the green tea. I've also started adding decaf coffee beans in with the regular coffee beans for my morning coffee. Hopefully, within a couple of weeks maybe I can be almost caffeine free.
I have green tea packets that are decaffeinated so I am surprised that the Lipton and Crystal Light teas have caffeine. The decaf green tea comes in little to-go type packets like the Crystal Light. I got it at the health food store. Maybe something like that could work for you since you enjoy the green tea too.
