FRAUD CHARGE

Hi guys, I need to know if anyone else who ordered from Kays online received any fradudlent charges on the card they used. This is not to smear the company, I am just checking because I have a 99.00 charge on that card, that says Bodyfitpro...so please let me know. I enjoyed their snacks by the way, and hope they are not involved, thanks.

Linda, I didn't have any suspicious charges on my card. I hope you get it tracked down. Let us know when you find out what it is.

Hi Linda! Was it on the same statement as the Kays chanrge? ... I double checked my account and do not see any additional charges. Let us know what you fine out! hugs, Britt

Ok, it was not kays at all, which makes me happy, because I loved some of their things and want to re-order. Bodyfitpro has a pre-checked box that says their bottle of green tea, which I purchased is a trial, and if I do not cancel my order within 14 days they will bill my card 99.00 and ship more. Poppy**** to that. I reached their customer service, they canceled the order and charges will fall off within 5 days, I canceled my visa and filed a claim against them. Let the buyer beware! Thanks wanda and the rest of you guys. I stayed up all night because I was cheesed to the max and knew this was the 14th day and wanted to legally be within my time frame if they gave me a hassle. I had only used my visa for 2 purchases online, kays and them,some times companies do business under a different billing name. All is good, I love kays ceral and cheddar chips...So I will be getting a shipment soon. You guys are great,thank you.
