Help! The carb monkey is on my back.
I had a bad eating day yesterday and basically "grazed" all day. I can't say I had bad carbs but I did have soy chips, a kashi granola bar, a small bag of pistachio nuts, whole wheat pasta, etc....the carbs are easy to eat and stay down well....I am trying to exercise 100 calories to make up for these carbs, don't know if it will do the trick!
