Weekly Weigh In week of 6/18
Okay ladies... Even though I had a rough week emotionally and with diet (had my cycle this week)... I seem to have made out like a bandit with the weight loss. Maybe the heavens were just trying to cut me a break this week. Anyway, I'm back on track. Here are my weekly stats:
Starting weight: 250
Last week's weight: 156.2
This week's weight: 154
Weight lost this week: 2.2
Total Weight Lost: 96 pounds (OMG, I can't believe it!!)
I am 4 pounds from my doctor's goal (150 pounds) and about 14 pounds from my personal goal (140 pounds)
I am back in my own personal race! I just want to say a loud and resounding THANK YOU for all of the support I have found on these boards!! All of you are an inspiration to me!

My personal Goal: 135, 6.4 lbs away!
I'm 5'2.5"...wearing size 8's and 10's!
I don't know if I'll get to my goals....everyone says I look fine the way I am - the last few lbs can be just loose skin that may never come off but I will keep trying and will keep exercising!
