Micellar Milk..Wanda??

Hello Wanda, I heard I can buy this at GNC now & remember you said how much you like it. What do you do with it, besides in coffee, I don't like coffee. Thanks, I'm wanting to go pick up some today.

The GNC near me doesn't carry it. Be careful that you don't mistake it for Muscle Milk (which GNC does carry). I was ordering mine through the Vitamin Shoppe. I gave up and ordered a whole case through bariatriceating.com I use the creamy vanilla Micellar milk in the same ways I would use milk. You can pour a little over cereal or make pudding out of it. I know you don't like coffee but I also froth some up with splenda and cinnamon for a latte--but maybe the same concept would be good in hot chocolate or over fruit. A lot of people talk about making ice cream with it in a personal sized ice cream maker. I don't know how to do that though. If you like chocolate milk, the chocolate is really great as is. Actually I like the vanilla as is too. If you drink the 17 ounce container, it has 40 grams of protein. Be careful of asking for it by it's nickname. I remember the first time I asked the clerk at the Vitamin Shoppe if they had Mice Milk she looked at me like I was stupid and said "You need to go to the pet store!"
