Dropped another 2 pounds this week, I jacked up my protein up to 100 gm last week because I am getting more active. I have been thinking about upping my calories but I am kind of afraid to don't want to start gaining weight back and I don't know if I am active enough to justify the increase.

I bet you are excited about your new found "active level" its great to have the energy to do things right? Congrats.
I hear you being afraid to add calories ... when you are losing your brain is tell you 'no don't eat more you'll gain' - when in actuality if you are moving more you are buring more. Talk to your surgeon and NUT and get their input!

Wow! Everyone is going so great! I love to read and will share when I weigh!
I started water arobics today which is so cool. It works out great. My daughter goes to gymnastics three times a week and water arobics fits perfectly into the time she is there.
I work as a diagnosticial for the school system and today was my first day off - feels great. I have a couple of months off now. Can't wait to do all the things I have been putting off until "summer".

Hello! Had a great weekend! I was out of town for the 3rd weekend in a row! My boyfriends sister had her graduation party Sun. and I did well there. Big gatherings like that are still hard for me. I try to just keep a bottle of water with me as soon as I am able to drink again after eating. Its all the munchies and sweets just sitting all around ugh so tempting. But like I said I did good and it seems to get a little easier as time goes on. I am totally looking forward to being home this weekend!

Okay, so I haven't posted in a few weeks as I was on vacation, but my last posted weigh-in was on the 21st of last month so here's the info from there until now.

Weight now 163
Lost in 3 weeks - 8 lbs.
Total lost - 115 lbs!!!!!!
Starting BMI = 47
Current BMI = 27.5
I can't believe I've dropped my BMI so much! Soon I'll be normal again WOO-HOO!!!!
Everyone is doing so well! In other news I've got less than 20 lbs to go to hit my personal goal!!!!

Staying the same due to your 'visitor' (even though you want the scale to move downward) - is OK at least you know WHY you stayed the same - next week will be better.
I feel like a snacking fiend when my 'visitor' arrives (which is now) - I hate it
