I hope that you had a - fun-filled / relaxing / accomplishing - weekend (whatever your plans were) and are ready to tackle the week ahead!
Everyone is doing so great!!! It's so inspiring to see your weight loss and here about your accomplishments each week - you all motivate me - thank you :0)
here are my stats -
Starting weight 250.5
Last week = 168
This week = 165
Loss this week = 3
Total loss = 85.5
Current BMI = 26.6

I've had such a wild ride with my weight since I last checked in two weeks ago. I weighed 156.5 then. One day I got on the scale and weighed 158. A few minutes later 159. A few minutes after that 159.5! My husband said "Honey, stay off the scale or you will be back over 200 by the time the morning is over!" Yesterday I was 155--my lowest yet. Unfortunately, today I am 155.5. I think Linda has the right idea about weighing only once a month.
Starting weight 234
Last week = 156.5 (actually 2 weeks ago.)
This week = 155.5
Loss this week = 1
Total loss = 78.5
Current BMI = 26.6 (Britt we have the same BMI!)

I used to get on the scale several times a day ... sometimes minutes later and like you I'd end up frustrated I now get on once a day and it is what it is I do see it go up on occassion and that freaks me out! But the next day or 2 its gone.

Britt, I said Linda may have the right idea about weighing once a month. There is not a snowball's chance that I can stay off the scale for more than a day! I'm way too obsessive for such moderation...
Britt, Obviously you had a great weight loss week 3 lbs.... Congrats
I did pretty well myself this week but just like Wanda my scale is going a little crazy............ Don't know what is going on with that...
Here go my stat's for the week. Loss of 5 lbs this week, yesterday is was 6.25 lb loss and I was .25 lbs from goal. Somehow I went up 1.25 lbs since yesterday.... Oh well, I am sure it will be gone in a day or two....
Starting weight = 273
Surgery Date Weight = 263
Last Week = 146.5
This Week = 141.5
Loss this week = 5 lbs
Loss since surgery = 121.5
Total Loss = 131.5
BMI = 22.8

Thanks Wanda, I am very proud that I have lost the weight quickly and for the most part well. I still have a good bit of toning to do. I passed my original goal of 150 as I was not satisfied but now that I am almost at my new goal of 140, I think I am going to go a little further so that way I have room to gain a few back in muscle or whatever. My surgeon said he wanted me first at 153 then he said 147, either way I am past that.
I am 5' 6" and according to the government charts my medically ideal weight is 131 which I dont think I have ever seen or atleast not since I was very young. I would like to see it just once but it is probably not a good long term weight for me. I do have a little hanging chin that disappeared once before when I got to little and didn't come bac****il I was a good bit overweight. So I would also like to try and see if I can get rid of that again.
I did upload some new pics if you would like to see them... My husband is not a good photographer so they are not the best.

Hey everyone.... my first time joining you in the weekly weigh-in.
Starting weight 346
Last week = Didnt weigh last week as we were on a camping trip. But one week before that I weighed 236.
This week = 228
Loss this week = For two weeks: 8
Total loss = 118
Current BMI = 41.7
I feel really good - very content on my rate of loss. What I NEED to do is get my protein shakes and supplements in. They dont make me as sick as they did in the beginning, but getting those good habits started is proving hard for me.
