I found a YUMMY High Protein Cereal/Snack

Hello All, I wanted to share with you this find: I got these at Albertsons yesterday "Back to Nature" brand It's a cereal called "Energy Start" with energy releasing B vitamins, High protein crunch. It's a 14 oz box, cost around $5.50 1/2 cup serving size has: 1.5 g fat 340 mg of Potassium 28 carb 3g fiber 14 g sugar 15g protein Sugar is a little high, but I don't dump, so I figured I'd try it. It tastes good w/ milk as cereal & also on yogart or just plain.

Sounds great, Julie. My NUT said not to go over 12 grams so I would probably sprinkle 1/4 cup over low carb yogurt.
