Weekly Weigh In week of 6/4
Well Britt, my surgeon is in Las Vegas, and so far is not too worried. This is to be expected. I think part of it is my "goal" may not have been totally realistic. I used to weight 108-110 in my late teens/early 20's, so it's not unheard of for me to be this weight. I think it's too skinny, though. He says I will bounce back.
I have an appt. to see my surgeon towards the end of June when I'm am traveling there for a conference. So I am making the time to go see him.

Well you are still in the normal range.
I have heard of people that continue top lose and are advised to break the rules of the pouch in ourder to maintain their weight - like DRINKING WITH MEALS.
Its great that you are seeing your surgeon soon!

Ya, I can get down to 108 before I get in the underweight category. I already drink some with meals. I'm trying to up my calories with healthy choices and trying to totally stay away from sugar, but I am eating more carbs like bread and pasta/potatoes, just to try to get some slow down.
Just finished a protein bar and heading for home. The partial Jamba juice I had was too sugary and didn't sit well. There goes that down the drain (it was company treat, so I tried it.)

Aware a bit late on this one but as usual have been on the road a fair bit on busines and the boys racing etc .
However hit the 140 lb off mark which as a brit is significant as it represents 10 stone!
It is weird how most people say wow you look younger... rather than youv'e lost a lot of weight.
Anyway its all good news!

Hey everyone! So I weigh in on Fridays (had my surgery on Friday, Nov 3). Today I am 31 weeks post op. Here is today's stats:
Starting weight 250 (BMI 41.6)
Today's Weight 156.6
BMI 26.1 (almost to normal)
Loss this week 2.6 pounds
Total Loss 93.4 pounds
I am very proud, but also feel like my diet is slipping at times (seem to be allowing myself to snack a little more often). I am working hard at getting back on track. This board is great for support!
