Weekly Weigh In week of 6/4
Hey Brit!!!! You are looking absolutely fabulous! Its been a while since I have posted anything on this board but I'm gonna try my best to start posting more often. It seems like time has just flew by. Seems like only yesterday I was being wheeled into surgery. Everyone is doing so great! Congrats to all of you.
Heres my stats to date:
Starting weight = 298
This week = 187
Total loss = 111

Brit Your hair looks fabulous. I was in a funk all day yesterday because I thought I'd gained so when I got in the office yesterday afternoon I had to laugh at myself because I'd lost a pound. I had day from hell yesterday and this day is not starting any better. I'm having a real hard time getting exercise in and snacking at night.
Here are my stats ...
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 185.5
This week = 184.5
Loss this week = 1
Total loss = 114
Current BMI = 33.9
Everyone have a great week.

Hi everyone;
I'm new to this board and just wanted to let you all know I'm so happy that I had the surgery. I have a dumb question... How do you know what is your BMI?
I had my surgery done on Nov 29th at Hershey Medical Center and my starting weight prior to the surgery was 331.5 and in November my weight was 315.5 I use my starting weight because I lost the 16 lbs before the surgery. I'm now down to 231 so I count my total weight loss at 100 lbs. :- )
