Thank you all so much for your replies--they were so helpful to me. Valorie, I am going to try that Lean Cuisine lunch--sounds good. Britt, I am still afraid of the Elliptical in my gym (stick to treadmill and bike), but reading your post makes me want to get on it. Wanda--what is Mice Milk? I finally had the scale move for me -6.5lbs in just a few days. I figured out my problem: I was eating too many carbs and snacking aka grazing too much. I am back on track now, following a modified South Beach diet type plan with vegetable/egg white omelet for breakfast, high fiber/protein chili I make myself or 3 ozs tuna w/lt mayo for lunch, protein shake in afternoon (the 100 calorie EAS one) as snack and dinner is either more chili or 3ozs chicken w/salad. I cut up some delicious veggies (cucumber and celery) in case I want to chew something. So far, so good. I feel so much better to be on the losing side again! Sandra

The real name for Mice Milk is Micellar Milk. It's made by Nature's Best. It is a ready-to-drink protein supplement and comes in a 17 ounce carton. I mostly use the creamy vanilla. I use it to lighten my coffee. The chocolate version taste like chocolate milk and there also a strawberry that I heard is very good. There is 40 grams of protein if you drink the 17 ounces.
