Hi All, My weight loss has slowed dramatically for the past six weeks, so I'm wondering if I'm eating too much or too little or not exercising enough. Would you mind sharing what you eat on a typical day and how much exercise you do? I recently went to the surgeon's office for my six month and am implementing tips from the nurse practitioner, but would really appreciate the practical support. Thanks, Sandra

How do you get all that fluid in? I am still having major trouble with fluid intake, usually only getting 40-50 ounces a day... I know that is my main problem. Sandy

I do 32 ounces of decaf coffee or tea (2 16 ounce mugs before 9am) 24 ounce of crystal light ( 1 24 cup sip with a straw) 64 ounce of H20 (4 bottled waters 1 at the gym / 3 through out the day I always take one in the car) I always have a drink / water bottle at hand! Honestly ... It doesn't seem like a lot to me now ...

Britt, you are so good! It sounds like you are really on track. I attend an excercise class but they only have it twice per week. I try to pick up 1-2 days either on the treadmill (I never mastered the eliptical) and the various weight machines. I haven't been good about going since my Vegas trip about a month ago. I plan on going this week. My typical day of eating is: B: Protein shake Coffee and Mice Milk L: 3-4 ounces of fish or chicken with a vegetable. S: BabyBel light cheese, soy crisps, or yogurt (sometimes with a few berries) D: 3-4 ounces of chicken or fish and salad or vegetable I usually have an evening snack too I get in around 1000 calories. 70 or more grams of protein.

I go through spurts. Sometimes I love exercise and I won't let anything prevent me from it. Other times I let everything interfere with my excercise program. I wish I could learn to live for exercise like so many other people at the gym. My husband took a picture of me getting ready for work to show my new hairdo but for some reason he took a full body shot. I don't know if you can really tell that my hair is highlighted from the picture but I put it on the profile. When I saw the picture I didn't notice my hair. I noticed my nice bathroom and my pedicure. Aren't I a nut? Talk about avoidance!

Wanda, I just went to your profile, you look great! I would have *never* guessed that you are a grandma. Hair looks nice, not a huge change, but subtle. LOL...ain't it nice to have baggy clothes. I am in a terror sometimes finding something to wear, I try on things I wore like 6 weeks ago, and they are hanging. I love wls! I love OH. My daughter says it is time for me to take new pics. I have some wild hair now, keep it up, but looks like Chaka Khan when it is down. Daughter does my hair. Huge Hug lady, you are looking good!

Thank you! I've never been very adventurous with my hair. I never liked drawing attention to myself. Maybe that will change someday. I might turn into an extrovert at some point!
