Can our stomach hold all these pills? I just went to GNC and bought SoloCaps Multivitamins capsules 2-day, Calcium Citrate Plus Vitamin D caplets 4-day, B-Complex 50 Vitamin B1 capsules 1-day, and B-12 1000 1-sublingual a day. The dietitian told me to take 2-multivitamins a day. I scared all these pills will get stuck in my stomach. I'm just 6-months out and the doctor said I can take pills now. Thanks, Pattie

I don't swallow any pills. All my stuff is either chewable or powder. I don't really want to put all those pills in my stomach either. Plus I can't imagine they disolve very well either because we don't have much liquid in our stomachs anymore. But if your Dr told you to you should be fine, I would think. Good luck Corinna Q

Hi Pattie, My doctor has had me taking these huge calcium pills since the 1st month check up. I have to take 1 daily, I take 2 chewable vitamins, the B-12 goes under your tongue so that one isn't a problem. If your doctor says it's okay, I agree, it should be okay. If you find that the vitamins cause you stomach upset, try taking them wtih a saltine. Have a good weekend, Sheryl

I only use the chewables. If you do take pills, be sure you drink lots of water afterwards to flush them through the stoma. Someone told me that her ulcers were caused by her pills laying too long in the pouch and causing irritation.
