Is anyone taking fish oil and/or flaxseed oil?

My doc told me to get on some. I know the fish oil caps can be stinky and icky tasting. Was wondering if anyone is taking some that they like?

Thanks Britt. I did order some earlier today, but this is cheaper. I just got the 30 day pack to try them out. I'll re-order at your/Wanda's website if I like them. I ordered the sample too, but it says it takes 2-3 weeks to get it. I want to start earlier, so I just went ahead and ordered.

Kim, out of curiosity what did your doc tell you to take it to address?

High cholesterol runs in my family, and since weight loss my total number is down, however, my LDL and HDL are still not in the good range. So she told me to add fish oil to lower my LDL and raise my HDL. I hope it works. If it doesn't she said we will have to address it with medicine. I really don't want that!
