Sample High-Protein Products

You can get a box of samples from kaysnaturals.com. It contains assorted high protein cereals and snacks. It costs $10 but that also covers the shipping. Not a bad deal.

Hey Wanda, Have you tried these yet? They look like a nice healthy snack, with about 10 protein in each bag. I just ordered the box also. Kinda expensive if I do like them..$36 + shipping for a dozen packs of protein chips or pretzles.

I have tried them and I liked them. If I order anything it will be the cereal. I have such little control over myself, if I keep snacks in the house I will eat them with reckless abandonment! I think I really needed a Lobotomy more than wls.

Yeah..I'm with you on the cereal...I don't seem to feel like anything for breakfast anymore. I was craving special K with strawberries the other day & had 1/2 cup w/ skim milk & it tasted sooooo goood, I forgot how much I enjoy cereal. I wish I could find those dried strawberries somewhere. I would love to get those & then add them to the special K protein cereal.

I finally got around to ordering my box... I can't wait until I get it... I have had the munchies so bad this past week and it sure would be good to have something good like this to snack on..... Needless to say I am going on week 3 of the scale not moving, but I am still content with were I am... at least I made it to ONEderland.... LOL... still hovering at 199 though... I just ordered the samples too. I hope they are shipped quickly. I need some different foods that contain protein. I haven't done cereal since surgery and I can't stand eggs. I usally eat yogurt with protein powder added for breakfast or just a protein drink. It will be nice to eat cereal again if it tastes good. Valorie
