ONEderland!!!!!!

I made it!!!!! I am down 110 pounds and I am 199.0 as of this morning... I made it to ONEderland. I have not been this weight since I was in high school... I am so excited.. I called everyone I knew this morning to tell them that I did it!!!! Shawn M.

Thank so much Wanda! It is amazing isn't it??!!??!! Next week I have my 6 month check up.. I am sure that the doctor will be happy with my weight loss... I am always worried about those labs though, I am going to get my blood drawn this morning, I hope they all come back fine ( I am sure they will, but I always wonder). Well, thanks again... Shawn M.
