I'm still trying to figure out how to get all of the other readings on it. It is suppose to tell bone mass, muscle mass, metabolic age, my physique rating, and percentage of body fat. I'll let you know if it's worth it once I figure out how to use it.
Oh please do. I would love to have one that has that many bells and whistles if it actually does what it claims. I am tickled with the little Weigh****chers model I bought a couple of weeks ago! It doesn't fluctuate wildly like my 20 year old modlel I had been using. That one was only supposed to weigh up to like 240 lbs and I used it all the way up to 349. It was actually accurate at that weight. But, as the weight was going down, it didn't weigh correctly at lower weights anymore. Funny isn't it?

OK, I've had a chance to try out the fancy, scmancy scale. I think I will really like it. It says that my percentage of body fat, my body water composition, and visceral fat are within healthy ranges. I don't have references ranges for bone mass and muscle mass but improvements can be tracked over time. My physique rating is only a 2 on a scale of 1-9 (9 being the best.) I don't understand why that isn't better. So anyway I think the scale will be a helpful tool to measure fitness over a period of time. I give it a
