I have also moved into a new size....
12/14....I can't believe it. I have noticed my 18/20's were getting baggy but to fit into a 12/14
My top is between a medium and a large depending on the maker...
I can't ever remember wearing this size before. I feel like a new person.
FWIW, I weigh every day, only count my morning weight. I also only count when the scale goes down. So if last week I weighed 178, then on Monday I weighed 175, then today the scale said 177, I still count 175 as my lowest weight. That way, I "ignore" the few pound increase that comes occasionally, because I know I will be back to that 175 mark and hopefully below it again soon.
Isn't it funny how we think our clothes are just starting to get baggy then suddenly we're down two sizes?? I really don't have any idea what size I really am. Even trying on formals (which run notoriously small) I'd put on a 14 and think...oh this is NEVER going to zip and then it would I just have a hard time believing I'm a 14!!!!
Congratulations. You're doing great!!

Congrats Barb!!! Taht is wonderfuly.. I have been wearing a 14 for a while now and I think I am just about ready for 12's, but to save money I think I may wait a bit and just go right to the 10's... That would be nice.. I don't ever remember being this size either.. I can't get over the amount of compliments I get about how great I look now, when last year no one would even give me the time of day... It is amazing how different things are when we are smaller and healthier!!!!
WTG!!! Keep up the good work!

Barb,
That's wonderful! Hey, I like your idea of counting only when the scale goes down! Too often I let the scale play mind games on me! Speaking of clothing sizes though, it drives me crazy that I can wear smaller sizes in some clothing/brands and then have an XL be snug in another. Men's clothing is so much simpler!
