how much have we lost?
Hi everyone!
I'm down 82.5 pounds as of this morning. To get to my goal I have another 36 lbs to go and 26 until I hit the surgeons goal. I'm doing good as well, going to the gym 3-5 times a week for an hour or two each time. I can't even believe the changes that have happened to me, they are all so wonderful! I hope everyone else is doing good as well!

I had my surgery on 11-14-06. I weighed 312.4 lbs on the day or surgery, wearing a 26-28W and 3X on blouses.
As of this morning, I have lost a total of 104.4 lbs, weighing in at 208.0. I have 8 lbs til onederland! I now wear a 16X/18 misses, and 1X/XL blouses.
I drink 64 ounces of water a day, take my 2 vitamins and 2 calcium chews faithfully. I work out 5-6 times a week, for one hour each time.
I want to lose about another 50-60 lbs. My dr wants me to lose about another 20 or so.
I feel absolutely wonderful, almost like I never had surgery. I know what my limits are as far as the quantity of food and it's like second nature now. I have some much energy and 10x the confidence before the surgery. I think it's the best decision I ever made for myself!
Congrats to all the losers (winners!!) on this board! You are all doing fantastic!!

My name is Trish.Sorry I haven't down loaded a current picture of my self yet.
However,I'm 5 months out and have lost 83 lbs.
I started at a 22-24,and now I'm a size 14-16. And in shirts I'm a misses XL!!
I have 30lbs to go before I reach my first goal.
I think I would like to loose 10-20 lbs after my forst goal.
My Dr said 175 would be great for my body fram.I'm pretty muscular,but to be considered " normal weight" I should weigh 160-150 ish.
I'm just thrilled to be getting skinny so I really don't care what I end up weighing as long as I look and feel good,and can reach my first goal weight!

Hi Linda,love your name..smile. I am ok....low potassium, but rest of labs are fine. I have lost 149 pds so far. I am not the great exerciser do to some physical things unrelates to wls, but I try to walk and MOVE as much as possible.
Life is good. I eat food only, no shakes, unless I can't get my protein down,I do make a coffee mocha thing sometimes.
