Water Product

Hi all, I wanted to share a product I bought and like. Its called the HYDRACOACH WWW.HYDRACOACH.COM You can input your daily goal of water for example lets say you want to get 78 ounces a day of your liquids. In the morning and night you have a 8 ounce decaf tea so that leave you with 62 ounce of water to drink. You set the hydracoach for 62 ounces and each time you fill up it keeps track of how much you have taken in so far - until you reach your goal. It takes the guess work out of "how many of these waters did I drink?" Just though someone may find it helpful. I paid $30.00 for mine - it is only for water check it out I talked with my NUT about it and she thought it was a GREAT idea. hugs, Britt

That's pretty darn cool. I bet I'd be shocked to see how much I am NOT drinking!! I think I might invest in one of those especially because I know I've been slacking off on the water thing lately. Thanks for passing along the info!! Corinna Q

Just an FYI The bottle is 22 ounces - there is a refill line where they suggest you refill it. I was reading product review before I bought it and a lady like the product but complained that she could never get it to register the full 22 ounces. When I got mine and read the directions - I learned you are not suppossed to drink it to empty - because getting air in the line could cause a false reading ... (makes sense). So people like gadgets and will do better with their water just because the have a new toy to help them whatever works!!! it also have a clock on it which is a nice feature. hugs, Britt
