What is your favorite protein or recipe?
I am looking for a new protein or protein recipe that tastes good. If you have one please share. I came up with a recipe that I like and maybe other will too. It takes a bit of time but it tastes delicious and makes 4 servings.
Microwave 3 cups of water till hot. Steep 3 Tea bags ( I like 2 Vanilla and 1 Chai) for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbs coffee creamer, 2 tbs of FiberSure and 1/4 cup Splenda to tea while hot. Place in refrigerator till cool. Add 4 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder (I use Body Fortress with 23 g protein per serving) and 1 cup of No Sugar added Soy Milk then shake or blend.
MAKES 4 SERVINGS WITH EACH HAVING

Goodness! That was a complex recipe that you thought up. I bet you are a good chef! My favorite is more simplistic. One scoop of cappicinno (sp?) and one TBSP of chocolate protein.
I also like one scoop of caribbean cooler with one ounce of rum flavored Davinci SF syrup. It feels like I am having a ****tail!
I am totally in to the Nectar proteins.
I love Roadside Lemonade mixed with Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light
Fuzzy Navel mixed with Orange Sunrise Crystal Light
and
In my Magic Bullet I mix:
one cup vanilla soy milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
Frozen strawberries
little splenda
I have this for breakfast a lot it's tastes like a strawberry shake.

I use this recipe and add protein powder. I like Beneprotein powder because it has no flavor.
Starbucks Frozen Frappuccino
3/4 cup double-strength coffee, cold
Splenda to taste
1 cup low-fat milk
2 cups ice
Make double-strength coffee by brewing with twice the coffee required by your coffee maker: That should be 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per each cup of coffee. Chill before using.
To make drink, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until ice is crushed and drink is smooth.
CARAMEL (my favorite)
For this version, add DeVinci caramel syrup to taste to the original recipe and prepare as described. Top with sugar free cool whip and melt some sugar free caramel and drizzle over the whipped cream.
Enjoy!
