Smaller size again!!
I am now down to a 24 from a 30/32. I have hit a plateau, I think. I was on a carb kick in February, but it is gone now. I think I only lost about 10 pounds in Feb. I did better in March. When I was drinking my protein shake and taking my thyroid meds, I dropped pretty good over the couple of weeks. My husband moved my pills and they are out of eyesight and I have forgotten to take them the last week. I need to find a routine to stick to and go from there.
I have also started quilting again, which should pick up my spirits a little bit. I need to make sure that I don't get too down about not losing the pounds. I know the inches are probably going though, so I am going to measure again. The last time I measured, I was down about 52.25 inches head to toe and I was at 55 pounds. Now I am at 62 pounds, which is still 13 pounds behind from where I wanted to be by now. My 5 month check-up with the surgeon is April 9th, so I have another week and a half to try and get to 75 pounds. My other goal is to be at 100 pounds by May 15th, so we will just have to wait and see how close I can get to that.

Congrats on getting into a smaller size.... and Good luck with your goals.. I am sure you will do fine, but remember not to beat yourself up if you don't hit them by the time you want to... and don't forget to be realistic in your goals. I know for me I am only dropping about 2 - 4 pounds a week... we are not going to lose as fast as we did in the beginnning... Just try and not be a slave to the scale.. I know that is easier said than done, especially for me.. LOL, but you are doing great so far and you will continue to do well as long as you remember what you need to do... Good Luck...

Isn't it so fun to see those kind of results?! Good for you. Congrats!
I know I was disappointed with my 2 pound loss, can we ever loose fast enough. Weight loss is slowing down so I'm trying to pick up my exercsing a little bit. I have to have my pills out in the open and accessible. I carry my morning one in my bag I take to work and put my evening one by my chair in the livingroom. I do pretty good on my pills.
