I found a Great Product

I wanted to start taking Omega 3. It's suppose to help with dry skin, weight loss, hair, nails, etc. The fish oil capsules are huge so I was afraid to take them. The liquid is nasty tasting and smelling. People recommended Cormega from the Vitamin Shoppe. It is a flavored paste that comes on what looks like a mayonaise packet. You can squeeze it into your mouth or mix it in other foods. I got some tonight. It actually taste good! What a great product. I bought the orange. It taste like a creamsicle.

Hey Wanda, So did you get the Omega 3 or the Cormega..OR is that both the same thing? I need to try something.. My brush & shower drain is starting to fill up after every brush or shower. Can anyone give me a multi vit. reccomadation.. I have been taking prenatal & there pretty cheap at Walmart, but found out there the reason my face is all red, dry Itchy & blotchy. I stopped taking the prenatal 4 days ago & my face seems to be doing better. I went back to taking the childrens chewable's & feel I need more than those. Thanks!!

The Coramega is an Omega 3. I really like it and it's very easy to get down. For a multi-vitamin I take the Bariatric Advantage. I like the fact that it's specially formulated for wls patients. I'm sorry that you had problems with the other vitamins. That sounds awful.

Multivitamins: I found the Centrum chewable multivitamin's are working great for me. My labs we good in all areas. They taste good too. I found them at Walgreens. I heard the Bariatric Advantage multivitamins are good too. I haven't tried them, not sure how they taste. Michael

Coromega is a great product. My nutritionist gave me a sample and I found it at vitacost for $20 for a 90 pack...that's the best price out there! I also use a liquid multivitamin, Tropical Oasis, my labs were great! The vits taste like OJ and so every day I get 2T of vitamins and I feel like I'm having OJ! I just ordered their liquid calcium too!
