Lovely size 14

I haven't posted an update in a long time and was so busy when I finally hit the 100's that I didn't get to post that either so I thought I would take a moment to tell everyone that I bought two pairs of size 14 pants today (I started at a 26) and they aren't even stretchy!!! I was quite excited to get to shop in the misses section of the store. Next I get to buy a formal gown for a performance I have in May and the thought of getting to pick from gobs of gowns instead of the three or four that are SOMETIMES in the women's section...I can't wait Makes me want to jump up and down like a little kid in a candy store (or like me in a candy store before November ) Oh, look at that, I get to replace candy stores with department stores...yippee. So here's my story... started at 292 surgery at 260 (2 months later) now at 196 since I've only got 4 more to hit the century mark and I just hit the onederland mark I decided my next big marker is the "overweight" mark which is 11 more pounds...hmmm I guess that's not that far away either...but after that it's my goal weight so I've got to have at least one more yippee stop along the way. It's so great to see everyone's progress. I just love this board. I'll try to get a new picture up soon because I love to see all of yours! Keep up the great work everyone. Corinna Q

Wooooooooo Hoooooooooo Corinna!!!!!! WTG!!!! You must have been so excited to put those 14's on... I know last night I tried on a 14 skirt and it fit... I was so thrilled... I was a 26 as well before surgery.... It sure does feel great doesn't it?!?!?! Keep up the good work... can't wait to see pics... Shawn M.

Do you notice that now that you wear a 14 it is hard to find pants in that size? I am having that problem. I now see alot of size 16 or 18's. LOL. Now the size 14's are fitting me big. Now I have to look for some more pants.
