100 pounds since highest weight!

Drum roll please..... I am down 100 pounds since my highest weight last summer when I was so unhappy and decided to pursue WLS. I can't even believe it! (87 pounds since the surgery) All is well...Joy

Congrats to both of you! Have you stopped to really think about that? 100 pounds is the equivalent of a 12 year-old.....or....well I don't know what else, but it is quite an accomplishment!

Wooooooo Hooooooooo Joy.... WTG!!!!!! I am almost there myself so I know how good that feels... I was the same way last summer, what a different summer we will all have this year.... Keep up the good work... Shawn M.
