I'm in the hospital
I got sick Sunday with bad stomach/back pain that lasted a hour then went away. But I still didn't feel well. Monday I ate some cream of broccoli soupfor lunch and got really severe abd./back pain and called my surgeron. He told me to go to the emergency room. I had a ultrasound that showed multiple gallstones and poss. stones caught in my bile. I have pancreatitis and they admitted me last night. I am on antibotics, ivs, heparin shots and bed rest today and am scheduled for gall bladder removal tomorrow afternoon and they are going to check for hernia and stones stuck in my bile and pancreras while they are in surgery. I'm not a happy camper right now.

I feel your pain sweetie... I had my gallbladder taken out a few years ago, so I know the pain you were feeling... but, remember this... after going through WLS you can do anything and you will come through will flying colors.... Best of luck to you and I will keep you in my prayers for a safe surgery and a quick recovery.... Take care...

Hi Pattie!
Oh gosh! Ohhh but that hurts like nothing else! You know-I swear my gallbladder pain was worse than my RNY! Honey-once it's out you are going to feel wonderful!
Keep your chin up. Your poor lil body is tired from fighting all that bad stuff. Soon you will be so much better!!
Hugs,
Therese
