WOW moment!

Hi all- The weather here is springlike and so I thought I should wear a lighter jacket yesterday. So...I opened the closet and put on my coat- Guess what? It was hanging off of me! So, I tried an old jacket that could never zip before and...,it was hanging off too! By the end of the experience I had no spring jackets, but I felt great! It inspired me to clear out my closet of anything too big and I tried on everything in my wardrobe. I ended up bagging 6 garbage bags of too big clothes to give away! These are sizes I will never be again! I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm not where I was either! Just wanting to share! Joy

Congradulation, on your weight lose. I had my surgery the same day as you and I HAVE to go though my closet as well, my ole work blouses are way to big for me now and I have to get some new ones, hopefully good will or Sallies will have some. It is such a good feeling to have that we are growing smaller so that our clothes no longer fit. Chrisy

I love those closet adventures! I have so much fun trying things on and throwing all the things that are too big in a pile on the floor. One of the ladies on the main board said that she can't bear to get rid of the big clothes. Not me! As soon as it gets loose, it's gone! I absolutely can't wait to have only one size and to know that everything in the closet fits me and looks good.

Wooooooooo Hooooooooo!!!!! Congrats... I keep a box just outside my bedroom door and I am constantly throwing stuff in the box that is too big... Isn't it a great feeling to know we will never be that size again?!?!?!? Shawn M.
