I had Billo pancreatic diversion with the DS on Nov 20th. I am now down 81 lbs. I can feel it in my clothes but i can't really see it on my body. Is this normal. I went from 331.9 to about 250lbs.

I don't think that type of weight loss is abnormal, especially since you started out heavier and since you had the DS... both of those factors usually mean faster weight loss at first. As far as you thinking your body doesn't look any different... I bet you are mistaken about that!!! Sometimes it's just hard to see our "new" selves, so even if YOU can't really tell the difference, I bet others can... especially someone who hasn't seen you in awhile. Marilyn

We are always so hard on ourselves. I had my surgery on Nov 14 and I have lost 87 pounds and I still see all the hanging skin etc. I try to look at the positive, that I dropped a whole size in 1 1/2 weeks. I have gone down 7 sizes. One thing I did just yesterday was try on my pair of jeans that I had kept, what a WOW moment, my husband could not believe it. He said it reminded him of a television commercial that he never believed. LOL Deb
