I take Centrum chewable, along with a B-12, Calcium and iron.

Hmmm... my Surgeon told me to take the Flintstones! LOL Now I am going to ask him next time I see him whether I should be taking a better one. Maybe the Flintstones were just the "beginner" vitamins!
