JUST KNEW THAT MY SCALE WAS WHACKY, WHOOHOO

Went to my pcp yesterday and I have lost 60lbs and I am one lb away from onederland, oh, what a wonderful feeling that is. I was at a stall it just seemed like forever and ever and my whacky scale would not move, well all of a sudden it went down 9 lbs whooohoooeee. I have upped my protein and water and that really works. Dr. even started me off of some of my med's, we are going to do one at a time so that not to stop cold turkey. Chrisy, I am sooo happy for you. You are the second person that said they just dropped that kind of weight unexpectedly. I wish that would happen to me! I'm jealous but still very happy for you!

Congrats on doing so well... I bet you can't wait to be in ONEderland..... I still have 21 pounds to go, but it is within reach now.... won't be long.... WTG!!! Keep up the good work.. Shawn M.
