"THE SECRET"

Not sure if you guys have heard about the book "The secret" (Oprah had it on her show 2 x) I ordered it from amazon.com I keep hearing amazing things about it - I started it and it is really good. That is a great book!! And it works. My mom won three drawings in a row at her job 1 week after she read the book. My other friend mentioned at his job that he would be leaving in June. Then asked/prayed however you put it that they would offer him 4 months severance even though they only ever offer 6 weeks. They then offered him 6 months severance pay so that he could leave and take care of his father in New York. Those are just a few things that have happened since we started reading that book and practicing what it teaches. It really is a wonderful book!

OOPS. I mis spoke. Sorry The secret was a different one. The one we are using is "Excuse me your life is waiting" Both are kinda the same idea though. Only the later one says you have to get out there and do it, whereas the first one is more of a channeling thing. Still..both great books!

I have the audio book on my Ipod. I've been listening to it on my way to work and back. I commute an hour a day so I get plenty of listening time. I"m going to apply the principles and become a tall, beautiful blond.

Check out audible.com. It was the most reasonable site I could find for audible books. They have a pretty good selection.

I think I have practiced the Law of Attraction for a long time. I had a picture of a red Sebring convertible in my office for years--it was car the I always wanted but didn't think I could afford. It was my turn to host a Bible study at my house and someone pulled up in a red Sebring convertile--the exact year and color of the picture that I had looked at at that time. It was for sale and I bought it! Another example: I cut out a picture of a remodled house that was in Better Homes & Garden. I had the picture for 10 years! It was a beautiful New England style colonial that just spoke "home" to me. I built that house and I have been living in it for three years now. I show people the magazine picture and they think it is a picture of my house. One more example: I've only been married to my husband for a few years now. He was single for several years. He had a very specific image in his mind of the woman & type of relationship he was looking for and he would settle for nothing else. (Not looks but personality, mental outlook, relationship, etc.) When we met he said I was so close to the image in his mind that it scared him. So now I'm going to find a picture of the healthy body that I want to have! It may take years but I will get it!
