Plateau buster

Thanks, Britt - anything is worth a try to get off these frustrating plateaus!! They stink! I've been "stuck" for almost 2 weeks and while I believe (hope) the scale will start moving again, it sure is frustrating... I know... patience! (((HUGS))) Marilyn
