I don't get it!!!!
WEll, I already do 3 protein supplements a day, so adding one more may be difficult... I have a hard time getting in the ones I do already.. LOL...
I know I need to step up my exercise, but it seems like the time I have to exercise is usually shortly after I eat, and if I exercise after I eat then I almost always end up throwing up and I can't finish exercising... I only have a small window during the day with no kids home.. I was doing well for a while there (4 days a week), but since mid-winter break I have only exercised once.... It doesn't help that my depression is in high gear right now.... OHHHHHH I Just remebered that we changed around some of my meds last month... that could be part of the reason....... Thanks for helping me think that one through... I bet that is part of the reason... I am going to call my doc on Monday and see if we can tweek things again and maybe that will help.... wooo hooo.. that might be it... Thanks!!!!!
